We have been getting client calls about our help. It seems
that clients are making the mistake of double-clicking pop-ups in
I understand that this is a known issue (the user gets a
recently converted from HLP to CHM to support Vista. When you
double-click a pop-up in HLP, it appears and dissappears. The
client quickly realizes he or she made a mistake, and then single
clicks. No problem. However, now, they double-click, get an error
message, assume that the help is broken, and call support.
Is there a way to work around this without having to turn off
script debugging on the client's IE?
