    Full Uninstalling CS4?

    samm3d

I have got a bad copy of CS4, so I just bought Production Premium CS4 and I need to clear out anything adobe on my computer. Once I do a uninstall from the control panel (Windows XP) is there anything else I should do? I have tried to do a clean sweep that I downloaded here, but it doesn't open for me. I right clicked and chose "run as" and it pops up for a split second then goes away. Meaning it will not open. Is there any other option or me?

      Thanks

You leave the impression, based on your statement:

that the initial install was a pirated version. In that case, your best option is to completely reformat your hard disk, do a new install of the OS and your LEGAL version of PP.

On this forum it is rather difficult to download anything. What do you mean?

I downloaded adobe clean sweep to wipe out other installs that I may have. According to Adobe, that's what needs to be done.
