    redrawing a rectangle...funny behaviour

    Protoculture Level 1
I'm redrawing an existing rectangle ( sprite ). When I set the height and width to new values the (x,y) position of the rectangle seems to change automatically, even though I have not told it to move in any way.

I do not want this behaviour how do I get the rectangle to remain static unless told otherwise?

I think you need to wrap the Sprite in a UIComponent.

"I think you need to wrap the Sprite in a UIComponent. "

I''ve already done that.... and calls to the sprite ( within that UI ) to resize it, also move its x,y position.

I've also called the UIComponent itself with no luck.

For some reason when I resize the sprite it seems to move the x,y position of the spirte/UICompent. Stumped.
