Using the KeyLight filter in CS4 to composite some green screen video. I find that the video looks better when I have set the View to "Intermediate Result" rather than the "Final Result" view as it seems to introduce quite a bit of noise to the image.
So is there anyway to render out the Comp with the Intermediate view? I rendered out the RAM preview and that worked but I have many hours of footage to render so would prefer to use the render queue
What you see is what you render.
However, if you're getting a better result with intermediate view you still have some tweaking to do.
So are you saying; if I leave the View selector to Intermediate view then when I put the comp in the render queue it will render that view?
Yupp, that's what Rick is saying. Since it is a proper "property" in the AE sense of things instead of just a special preview buffer, the program will recognize it correctly as what you want it to do and thus render it that way.
