moving a folder with a Template

    reddragonfly
      Hi
I have a little website in English and have had all the text translated into French. So I decided to copy my whole site folder into a folder INSIDE of it (Called French) and then I would page by page replace the English text with the French text.

When it came time to update the template, which is what has the text for the menu, I could make the changes to the template, but when I clicked to save it just saved the template and it did not ask if I wanted to update the other pages.

I think how I copied and moved the file or the fact that it is now inside the main site folder has broken it's connection to the other pages.

I checked the original template and when I made a small change to it it worked properly
      Any ideas??? Help!!!
      Thanks

The template must always be in the Templates folder at the ROOT level of the
          site. You cannot move it.
