Bluescreen during Installation, did i lose my serial ?

Ok from the beginning: Since 2 months I am encountering bluescreens when I try to install my Adobe CS4 Design Premium (It's and upgrade from CS3) on my Thinkpad T61. Now I sent it to Lenovo and they changed the motherboard. But i didn't send them the software because I'm not allowed to and so they werent sure if it would fix the problem. Prior to that i clean installed Windows XP multiple times, updated to newest driver talked hours withlenovo support etc..  but to no avail. When my Thinkpad came back a few days ago I tried again and still had the bluescreen a few moments after inserting DVD 2 (It halts always at different times but mostly when DVD 2 is inside). I swapped memory and tried again, again BSOD. Tried with external DVD drive, still BSOD. Again updated all drivers, still BSOD. It's not the DVDs because installation works flawlessly on another machine. I am pretty desperate and to make things even worse, the last time i tried to install it, it stopped without installing even fireworks, so now i cant start any part of the suite to deactivate it ? What do i do now ? How do i get my license back, how do i deactivate ?? Someone please help.

By the way, where can I check my customer number ? I think they need it on the support hotline.

Help is really, really appreciated. Right now I'm sooooo upset with lenovo and the way I have to activate CS 4. In CS 3 you could simply say trial version and activate after installl... but now...
