Welcome to the forums.
In addition to answering the questions in Harm's link, why are you using an NTSC resolution with a PAL frame rate?
Switching to anything from the main C Drive seems fussy.
Can you also please clarify this statement? I'm not sure what the problem with C:\, or other is.
Also, are you Exporting to AVI (Uncompressed)?
Thanks... I'm new to the forum, and was uncertain on how to pose my question, so I thought I might start by showing the error display. Luckily, there are some responses.
Yes, I have advised my client to change that to 29.97 fps. While this may be contributing to the problem, my guess is that the hard drive (Drive C) does not have the capacity for said encoded file. They are also having trouble changing destinations in the Media Manager (I believe - I'm more of a Final Cut Studio user). So we're trying to get an uncompressed Quicktime or AVI file.
Certainly... my client is having difficulty setting the destination of file encoding in the Media Manager. The default C drive does not seem to have the capacity for the file so we want to set the destination to a drive that has much more free space.
