To remove the watermark you'll need to purchase a license. If you only need the license for a single domain, puchase the single domain edition using this link:
During the ordering process, the system will ask for the domain you want a license for; at the end we'll give you a serial number. Information on what to do with the serial number is here:http://www.flextras.com/index.cfm?event=SerialNumberUsage
If you want to deploy to an AIR application or across multiple domains, you can purchase the Unlimited Domain Edition using this link:
After the purchase process, you can download the unlimited domain edition, which includes a new swf with no water marking code. The unlimited edition also includes the full source code.
Let me know what else I can do to help.
But our company is not in a position to that much of amount.our company is small scale based.
I have an code for autocompletetextinputcontrol, but my requitement is autocompletecomboox.
Is there any way to do this other than license?
There is no way to use our component for production without purchasing a license.
You could build your own similar component. It took us about 8 weeks to build ours. How long will it take you? And how much money will you spend building it? In the US, our single domain edition is worth about 3 hours of a Flex Consultant's time. I think our prices offer a good value.

I have an flah code for autocompletecombobox. How to convert that flah code into flex code?
Not my area of expertise, but in theory you can just add it to your classpath and use it like any Flex SWC.
That said, I understand that Flash and Flex Architectures are very different; I'm not sure how easy that approach will be.
If you have the source code, you could take the Flash class, extend UIComponent or implement IUIComponent and compile it against the Flex SDK. You may have to convert the code to ActionScript 3, from ActionScript 1 or ActionScript 2, depending on.the source.
What Flash Component are you using:? Will the time you spend getting this working be cost effective compared to buying a Flextras component?
