I have a folder with hundreds of scanned pdf file, I need to preform optimize scanned PDF option to every file, in order to read them with 3rd party program that we use .
it is posible to create a batching that run the optimize scanned PDF option over those files?
With Acrobat Professional, you can use and set the PDF Optimizer as part of the "Output Options".
I have try that and it is not the same. i dont get the same result, when i apply the PDF optimize my 3rd party software cant read them.
i tried to change some settings and no luck.
I did some googlin' and found out that this option is not the same as Optimice scanner PDF.
I can confirm this. Its sad that "Optimize Scanned PDF" is not present as an option in the processing for batch commands and yes "PDF Optimizer" is something different. I've submitted a feature request. Who knows if or when this will be implemented. I hope they will. Its a no-brainer. The command reduces data size by a number of times, sometimes even 1/10th or less.
