Still no answer? Nobody knows a way to have a FlashPaper object on a page and having that page validated at the same time?
Did you try using something like this: <object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="images/banner.swf" width="288" height="128">
<param name="movie" value="images/banner.swf" />
<img src="banner.gif" width="288" height="128" alt="banner" />
thank you for your post. It helped me too.
No wonder flashpaper hasn't been widely adopted. Adobe isn't providing enough support for this product.
I'm very surprised that Adobe hasn't provided any information at all, either online on in their help files, to help embed their flashpaper swf files into a simple HTML web page. Not everyone is interested in using Contribute, and people with existing CMS systems (like blogs and shopping carts) can't use Contribute.
