ALL of a sudden my employees cannot print my documents converted by Acrobat Pro 7. I have created and used docs before and now problems. The printer is fine.....the network is fine.....all is fine besides the new inability to print.
The computer WAS loaded with reader 9 so I then removed it and installed 8.1....still will not work.
Remove all versions of Acrobat and/or Reader. Then install one and only one copy of Reader or Acrobat, but not both.
