You do not only need to download, you also need to install it.
If that does not resolve your problem, please explain what you mean by "unable to see" - do you get an error message, a blank page, what?
Thanks for your help. We are in the process of changing pay systems at work,

I went to the wehsite to print my statements. The site opens, but instead
of a statement, I just get a blank box with a red X in the upper left
corner. I upgraded to AR 9.1
but it wouldn't install at first. I uninstalled the version I had, stopped
my virus program just in case, and re-installed AR 9.1 from the website. I
can access the website,
