1. Re: What is that yeallow bar ?
Harm Millaard Jul 4, 2009 8:31 AM (in response to Frédéric Leclair)I have the yellow bars with footage exported from AE lossless that are used in my timeline in PR. I don't know if there are more possibilities.

Jeff Bellune Jul 4, 2009 8:53 AM (in response to Harm Millaard)The yellow bar indicates that there is a mismatch between footage
properties and sequence settings, but the footage can still be played
back in real time.
For example, a 1080p30 Motion JPEG .mov file dropped into a 1080p30
AVCHD sequence will have the yellow bar, but the .mov file will play
back in real time.

Ann Bens Jul 4, 2009 10:47 AM (in response to Jeff Bellune)Does not necessarily have to be a mismatch between footage and timeline/sequence.
If a yellow render bar appears above the clip, Adobe Premiere Pro can probably play it back in real time without rendering
E.g. when a clip has been replaced by an AE comp via DL the yellow line will appear even without an effect.
