From the example provided, the Microsoft XPS Document Writer prints as an image always. When you "print" to this printer, it saves the document as an image (.xps). The preferences you speak of are stored in the particular printer of choice's preferences. Look in Control Panel > Printers and Faxes to set the default preferences for each printer.
Thanks. You have given to me interesting advice and I have partially found the decision. Really tick Print as Image depends not on the document, but from the printer. If once this tick put, further it will stand there.
