      Log Message:

      ***********

Fixed a GUMBO_PRIORITY bug in which the whiteSpaceCollapse style was not getting properly applied in Spark components.

As part of this change, we no longer need to set various non-inheriting formats to "inherit" on the TextFlow in order to get them from the hostFormat, because this is now done by TLF.

QE notes: Please test the whiteSpaceCollapse style in RichText, RichEditableText, and TextArea, using MXML syntax, including some cases in which whiteSpaceCollapse is also specified on the tags. Since this is basic functionality, please add mustella tests to catch future regressions.
