    mail to form (php) not working firefox

    shonts Level 1
      hello I have a very simple mail to form i modify and use on my websites that require forms.
      One of the websites it is on is working fine in IE and Safari but in firefox the curser seems to be stuck in the first field (you can not type in anu field after name) this is not happening in other sites using modified versions of the same script/form.
      Does anyone one know what would cause this and how i can fix it the code from DW I used is:
      <h1>Enquiry form</h1>
      <p>Please complete the form below giving as much detail as possible so we may answer your enquiry as best we can.</p>
      <form id="joltus name" ="joltus" method="post" action="/joltus.php">
      <label>Name:
      <input name="name" type="text" class="formBG-yellow" id="name" size="30" maxlength="50" />
      <br />
      <br />
      Email address:
      <input name="email" type="text" class="formBG-yellow" id="email" size="30" maxlength="50" />
      <br />
      <br />
      Company name:
      <input name="company name" type="text" class="formBG-yellow" id="company name" size="30" maxlength="60" />
      </label>
      <br />
      <br />
      <label>Message:<br />
      <textarea name="Message" cols="60" rows="10" class="formBG-yellow" id="Message"></textarea>
      <br />
      <br />
      <input type="submit" name="Submit" value="Submit" />
      </label>
      <p> </p>
      </form>
      and the script I used is: (I replaced clients address with client's-email- address is here for privacy)

      ?
      # Subject of the message
      $SUBJECT= "enquiry";

      # WHo the mail gets sent to
      $MAIL_TO_EMAIL = "client's-email- address is here";

      $THANK_YOU_PAGE = '/thankyou.html';

      # Preface of the message, leave blank for none";
      $message = "Hello, this is a new mail from the website\r\n";

      if (count($_POST)){
      foreach($_POST as $name => $value) {
      $message .= "$name: $value\r\n";
      }

      # send
      mail($MAIL_TO_EMAIL,$SUBJECT, $message);

      # redirect
      }
      header("Location: " . $THANK_YOU_PAGE);
      ?>

      Thank you Shontelle
