Feature request: Export titles to caption file

    LeeeM123

I'd like to be able to lay down titles on my timeline, then output the text as a SubRip caption file for YouTube. I'm sure others would find this useful.

I've tried various pieces of captioning software, but they're all clunky and akward to use. If anyone has any recommendations, please let me know.

Here is the link to the FEATURE REQUEST form. While you are making it, add Import of .PRTL (PrPro's Title file format) into Photoshop. Right now, only PrPro and PE can do anything with a .PRTL file. That would go some ways toward doing what you want too. Do not know the SubRip format, but if the software to produce it can read .PDF, on should be able to export in that format from PS, or other.

I'm looking for my info on subtitling software for use with Encore, but am not finding my bookmarks. When I do, I'll add them to your post, as something there might be able to help you.

          Good luck,
