Spinning wheel everytime I click on content

    troy s.
I just installed DW CS3 on my MacBook Pro (2GB memory, 2.33GHz Core2Duo) running 10.4.10 with all updates installed. Everytime I open a page to edit, whenever I click on or higlight text (or tables, or anything at all), I always get a spinning wheel for about 3 seconds before I can edit anything or perform a task. I thought maybe I had a bad installation so I reformatted and reinstalled my system from scratch, reinstalled the suite ( DW, PS, Acrobat 8 Pro, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign) and still have the same problem.

I have scanned and searched the forums and don't see a similar listing for this problem. Does anyone have a clue as to why this is happening. I absolutely cannot use DW to edit pages, the 3 second pause on every action is irksome to say the least. This baffles me.
      Thank you,
      Troy
