Alrighty, I seem to be having this weird problem, and I'm sure it's simply answered. I'm just making it a problem. Whenever I copy/paste a .pdf into a folder other than where the original one is, it creates a .db file. I need it for work, and whenever I upload it to our server no one can use the .pdf without the .db file. I havn't changed the settings as far as I'm aware (other people do use the computer) and it just recently started happening. Where can I go to fix it?
Open the file in a text editor. What does the first line say. My bet is that the file has a .db extension and is not really a pdf file, but that the .db extension is hidden in the folder you are viewing.
