Is there a way to export preferences in Captivate 4?

I could swear I saw an option in C4 to save the preferences to send them to other people, and now I can't find it.  Does anyone know?

I'm building a team of Captivate developers who will work on our projects part time.  I have a template, but some of the defaults are not in the template - they're in the preferences, and I want them to be able to load our preferences, then switch back to the defaults when needed.
