Command Line Switches to stop Bookmarks & force 100%

I want to start a pdf file in Reader 8.1.4 - from a Windows XP shortcut.

I have figured out this command line:

      "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 8.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe"  TblofCon.pdf

which works, but - it opens with Bookmarks taking up the left side and it is at 64.3% zoom.

How would I write the command line to make Reader show -no Bookmarks and the zoom to be 100%  ?

Also - is there a link giving all the Reader (8) command line options

      and

Examples of how to write them?

The latter is what I need - the commands need to have examples of how to write them...

      Thank you !
