    Finger Pointer

    TonyD48
      I'm using Behaviors: Open Browser Window and it works fine. When clicked the new window(s) open to size etc etc. When the mouse is scrolled over the images there is no standard "pointing finger" as with every other link. How do I call up or create the finger showing the image is linked when the mouse is scrolled over the image?

      Thanks

          This usually means that you have applied the behavior directly to the <img>
          tag rather than to an anchor tag (<a>) that wraps the image. If, when you
          look at the code, you see the "onclick" event within the <img> tag, then do
          this -

          1. Select the image in DW's Design view
          2. Enter "#" in the Link field of the Property inspector so that the image
          is now wrapped in an anchor tag
          3. Move the behavior call and its associated event from the <img> tag into
          the <a> tag, e.g., change this -

          <a href="#"><img onclick="MM_openBrWindow('...')" src="..." width="..."
          height="..." /></a>

          to this -

          <a href="#" onclick="MM_openBrWindow('...')"><img src="..." width="..."
          height="..." /></a>

          Then, to make your link work even when javascript is disabled, change it to
          this -

          <a href="yourpage" onclick="MM_openBrWindow('...');return false"><img
          src="..." width="..." height="..." /></a>

          (where 'yourpage' is the pathname to the page that the behavior is opening,
          e.g., 'foo.html')
