sometimes people get this.... "Error #2048"

ok, i'm a 50 year guy new to flex and coding, but am totally absorbed! And i just love these forums and the help everyone willingly gives, so let me start by saying thanks to everyone.

I put together a simple image gallery in flex. Everything is stored in a database so i have generated the xml files thru php (so in the <mxHTTPService/> i use the full url - http://www.mydomain.galleryXML.php). Had a lot of fun learning all the stuff, and incredibly it all worked! I loaded it up on to the web hosting serving, its a swf file embeded in a html (actually php) file. Everything worked. Tested it in firefox, safari on the mac, then at work everything worked on the PC in IE, safari and firefox. However there are others who when they try and access the page get the following error. I have not used a crossdomain.xml file. Can anyone explain why this is happening and what i need to do so everyone sees it without problems - thanks again!
