Need help from Adobe support.
You need to understand that this is a user to user forum and official Adobe support.
You could try using the Uninstall CS4 script in the first instance and then try to install the software again...

Also make sure that you also install the FWs updater:
If nothing helps, then the only thing you can do is contact Adobe Support to see if they can help you.
