Per Hans, if TextArea and lineBreak=?\226?\128?\157toFit?\226?\128?\157, set the scroller?\226?\128?\153s horinzontalScrollPolicy to ?\226?\128?\156off?\226?\128?\157.  Added a ?\226?\128?\156styleChanged?\226?\128?\157 event to RET so that TextArea.  If lineBreak="toFit" the scroller's horizontalScrollPolicy style is set to off.  If lineBreak="explicit" the scroller's horizontalScrollPolicy style is set auto if it off.  RET's horizontalScrollPolicy is auto in both of these cases.

Modified getEditManager() and endEditManager() so that all the edits for each API call are grouped together as a composite operation on the undo queue.  Ctrl-z should undo the entire API call.

Is noteworthy for integration: possibly - the RET api calls insertText(), appendText() and setFormatOfRange() add a single composite operation do TLF's undo queue
