    Reader 9.1 opens pdf, but screenis blank Windows Server 2008


      On a Windows Server 2008 TS Acrobat Reader 9.1 starts when a pdf file is double clicked, but the screen remains blank.

      When the File/Open menu from within Acrobat Reader is invoked, the file displays normally.


      This behavior occurs from within Windows Explerer and when opening an outlook attachment.


      Any suggestions?
