    Color space/workflow issues w/ACR

I use a scanning back panoramic camera that outputs DNG files.

The files that are created by this camera require different amounts of vertical and horizontal radial shift to separate channels in order to align them.

The issue I am having is that when converting the images to 16bit tiff in Adobe Camera Raw, the converted tiff image has cross-channel "contamination" which prevents me from applying vertical & horizontal radial shift in Photoshop CS3 to the resulting tiff file in the proper manner.

Is there any way around this?
