I don't have a solution, but I am in the same boat. I turned in my original case in July, they closed it without fixing it, on August 3, then I promptly reopened it. So I am still in limbo over digital editions. I understand that the software is free, but the ebooks I have purchased were not free. It is extremely frustrating.
Kace, I've nudged our PM, who has nudged our support folks, who in turn say that they have now taken care of this. If this is not the case please let me know, and I'll go nudge a lot harder. (I don't have access to the support system directly so it's hard for me to say what has and hasn't happened).
For everyone else, if you post your case# when you don't recieve a response within a week, you'll stand better chances of having the problem resolved.
You're welcome, however you would be better off if you posted your case number (unless of course your case has already been resolved).
