thanks, i'll try that, i should post a couple of things i have tried already that have not worked:
- i've started a new project, imported that one in, but still the same problem
- i created a new trimmed project, therefore creating new medial files based on what has been edited thus far, and still get the same problem.
i do believe it does have something to do with the audio, because when i bring just the video into a new sequence and render it, it works fine.
(As an aside, Premiere doesn't have a RAM Preview function. That's After Effects. Premiere always renders to hard disk.)
Render and Replace the audio: see if that will help.
