    I can't stop Contribute auto-encoding a URL :(

    Durfun

I am creating a page for a client and have been given a number of EZProxy server links to add to the page - here is an example:

      http://eproxy.lib.hku.hk/login?url=http://www.americanwest.amdigital.co.uk#

However, when I create the link in Contribute, an automatic URL encoding changes the second colon to %3A, which makes the URL un-passable - see below:

      http://eproxy.lib.hku.hk/login?url=http%3A//www.americanwest.amdigital.co.uk#

I have tried removing the %3A and replacing with ':' which appears to work, but on publishing, the page links default back to having %3A.

Is there any way I can stop this?

      I'm using WIndows XP Professional.
