I purchased AE CS4 upgrade and received it in the mail today.
When I try to install it I put the CD in and it asks for the serial number, this is all fine untill it gets to the next screen where it asks for the previous serial number (AE7 professional) when I put this number in it says that it's invalid.
You should phone adobe customer support directly. As a purchaser, you are entitled to free customer support for installation issues.
We cannot provide you any help here sadly.
yeah...been on hold for 37 minutes so far. that's after getting transfered from a guy that couldn't help me, to a guy that couldn't help me eather to a third guy that I could bearly understand.... --- then that guy told me he was going to transfer me...so I've been on hold for 37 ....now 38 minutes since that last guy
