I am looking for a way to use Data Service pagination with CouchDb. The main sticking point I have having is that CouchDB does not use the common pattern of startIndex, numItems. This makes the built in HTTPService unusable with regard to pagination.
Any help dealing with CouchDB specifically would be appreciated. I would even be happy with a link to some docs that desribe what has to be done to implement a custom data service.
