You are probably thinking of the Pinnacle Hollywood FX package that came with the DC1000 / Premiere 6.5 package. As best as I can tell, the current version of this software only works with Pinnacle Studio.
Yes I remember "Hollywood FX" and I think your suggestion is true. thanks. If I have older version of Hollywood FX that had premiere plugin can I use that for premiere pro version?
I don't think it will work.
Older versions of Hollywood FX could be used in earlier versions of PrPro, with a bit of file extension renaming. However, it seems that this "trick" did not work in CS4. Some seem to have had luck using newer Hollywood FX in CS4, with just a bit of work. There is a recent thread on doing this.
Now, you might want to look into Pixelan's SpiceMaster, or ProDAD's Heroglyph, or their Adorage plug-ins for something similar.
