That's what a dashed line is...
Can you set a dashed red line on top of a solid blue one and get the effect you're going for?
Thanks pixlor, I know it was kinda a silly question. I had thought of that but was wondering if there was an easier way like change a line to a dashed. Appreciate the comment...
Oh...I don't know if it's a silly question. Why should a dashed line be alternating color and transparent, rather than two different colors, with the default for the second color being transparent. But...it is, so the next best thing is to try to work around that.
It's not perfect, but here's a sample: (see walkthrough.png)
1. Choose Stroke Options
2. Make sure it's set to Centered
3. Then Advanced
4. Add another Tip
5. Set it to Complementary
6. Double Dash and expolre the offsets (I settled on 1,1; 1,2)
The color result don't do justice since you have no control.
You can explore adding a Color Fill Live Filter with different blend mode (see/open original attached DottedStrokes.png)
