Do you mean (1) remove the setting from your site definition in Dreamweaver
OR (2) remove the files you've uploaded to your testing server?

So I ticked first option in panel application (create a site for this file) on the left, becouse I wanted to make testing server... but i dont have DW in my language version and i dont understand some options in creating testing server. So i decided to remove this first option becouse i can't now preview my site in IExplorer, but i dont know how...
I hope u understood, I'm not English, I'm just learning it...

Because we don't understand the question.

                        Ok. Try this:

Go Site (top menus) and choose Manage Sites.
Select the site name and click the button Edit.
                        Choose the Advanced tab.
                        Select Testing Server.
                        Choose Server Model: None
                        Choose Access: None
                        Click OK.
