Although my Adobe ID is working fine for logging into my account (purchases etc.) and to this forum, I can't login to Kuler. From the desktop app I get a Kuler Klash error message. Trying to login via the website I get a FALSE ID or PASSWORD message. Any ideas?
The problem seems to be intermittent. 45minutes ago I could login through kuler. Some time later, I got the Kuler Klash error. Now I'm logged in again......
I am having the same issues...any answer to this?
No answer. To be honest, I haven't tried to login much since August. From your response it sounds as if the problem is still there.
