Every since my users were upgraded to Adobe Reader 9 they can no longer view some previously scanned documents.
The error message they get is:
"Insufficient data for an image"
The file comes up but no images are displayed.
This is consistent for everyone who has Adobe Reader or Professional 9.
Folks with Adobe Reader 8 can view the same file.
Is this a known issue and is there anything we can do to fix Adobe Reader 9?
We have Adobe Reader 9.1.3 and Adobe pro 9.1.2.
