Show navigation in published files

Hi,

Our published Help files do not display any navigation. Although the user can click the "show" link, we would rather have the navigation visible by default.

The "show contents, index, search, navigation, etc.” options are already checked in the primary layout screen of RoboHelp.

Is there a config. file or some other file that needs to be updated?

Thanks,

Connie (new RoboHelp user)
