Everyday I receive several PDF files by eMail or converted faxes. I want to include these files in our document management system. The system is looking for the specific file b:\pdffile.pdf. So when I have opened the file in acrobat reader I have to go to the file menue and to choose "Save copy".
Then the save as-dialog opens with the original document directory. I have to choose the destination drive and to fill in the filename.
Is there a possibility to add a custom button which saves the opened file with the specific filename ? So there would only be one click what would help me very much and save me lots of time.

No. However, I can see no reason that you need Reader to do what you are doing. Why not copy and paste the file in Windows.
