    A moments indecision...

    mtb Level 1
      Hi,

The project I am currently working on is system training for a new CRM. The program is rather confusing to a new learner and while I have prepared static instructions on the programs use I am wondering whether to accompany this with a video demonstration of the steps involved in certain processes or to create an interactive presentation where the user has to click on each navigational point, enter data etc.

      Your thoughts?

      Thanks in advance, Matt.

I don't see that it could hurt anything for you to try this. Any extra help
you can give possibly confused users is always valuable.
