I just installed CS4 master suite on my Mac pro. I'm using the latest Leopard OS, all updates have been made. All other CS4 apps work fine, when I try to start up media encoder, it crashes after a few seconds on the splash screen. All CS4 updates have been made as well. Any ideas?

Could you delete the following file if it exists and restart AME. Does that help?
"/Users/<user name>/Library/Preferences/com.Adobe.Adobe Media Encoder.4.0.plist"
Well, that seemed to do the trick. thanks for the quick response!
