Combo box widget for form in captivate

Can any one help me out to make a form in captivate and that data i can transfer to access db.

or how to use widget combbox and listbox

Hi there

I'm not sure Captivate would be the best choice to create a form. I think you will struggle.

If you really want a Web based Form, have you checked out Coffee Cup?
