OS X 10.5.8
Flash CS4 10.0.2
My Motion Presets window has all-of-a-sudden become gray and there are no presets for me to select. I found a thread about this issue and the solution was to stretch the window full screen so you can find the edge of the preview pane and stretch it smaller. The problem is I still don't see anything to drag when I have my Motion Presets window full screen. Attached is a pic:
What preference files would I need to delete in OS X to reset Flash CS4 to act like it's suppose to?
OK, selecting one of the default workspaces, like Animator, gave me my Motion Presets window back, but going back to my custom workspace made it gray again.
So the solution is to go to a default workspace and then customize it and save it as your own.
It sounds like you are running into this: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/441800
If so, you can probably skip a step and not have to change your workspace. Hover over the bottom of the panel, and see if you see a double-sided arrow cursor to resize the preview and preset areas of the panel. If you don't see the cursor, try resizing your panel vertically so it's larger and try again.
