I'm sorry you're having trouble. Is this a PDF that you've converted using CreatePDF on Acrobat.com? If so, if you've added a special character (such as #) to the document title, it could be causing the problem. Can you try renaming the orignal with no special characters, than reuploading and converting again? You should be able to download then.
If I've missed the mark entirely, please respond with as many details as possible and I'll do my best to help.
Thanks for your help. I actually wasn't able to rename it. We ended up closing it and saving it without opening the file first. That seemed to work.
