    Loading swf into flex

      Ok i know this topic has been beaten to death but I am stumped.

      <mx:Application xmlns:mx="http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml">

      <mx:SWFLoader id="swftest" source="download.swf" />

      nothing happens nothign loads at all.

      I have tested my swf it does load and work fine.

      what am I missing to get it to run?

          Couple of things.

          1) The loaded SWF and the loading SWF must be in the same folder.

          2) Try adding an event handler for the SWFLoader's complete event, like this:

          <mx:SWFLoader id="swftest" source="download.swf" complete="trace('loaded')"/>

          If nothing shows up in your trade log, then your SWF isn't loading.

          3) be sure the loaded SWF and the loading SWF are compiled with the same version of the compiler.

            Thanks will try that currently i found out that using tweener from caurina is ignored when loaded into swfloader so i have to find another way to load the swf file.

            I am thinking since the caurina call is ignored that the swf isn't starting so it looks blank any help on using loader?
