For several years I have been getting work-related reports by email as .pdf files and have had no trouble opening them. Suddenly the reports are messed up; they download in two parts, one with Acrobat logo and filename w/o extension, and the other with an icon that looks like a document, and is labeled filename.pdf.PART. Both files show as 0 bytes file size.
This started before I updated to latest version of Reader, and still continues after I upgraded. Somewhere around the same time I upgraded to newest version of Mozilla Firefox.
Occasionally I get a report to download, but then Reader tells me it is not recognized .pdf file or is was not decoded properly.
What do I do??
Sounds like they are not downloading completely which could mean one of many possible problems. Are you on a Mac? What version of Reader? What email client do you use?
