Select all shows all the anchor points
Provide some more details why you'd like to have the anchor points displayed without selecting the objects first.
Cmd+A , as Wade suggests, will select them, of course.
I thought Illustrator might be a good tool to practice perspective drawing. The anchor points (if I could see them) would serve as guides for construction lines.
Smart guides come in handy after my drawing develops and I have more reference points, but at first it would really help to see my anchors.

Look if this is a way:
1. Copy everything and move it to a separate layer x
2. Select all on layer x
3. Select > Object > Selection Handles
4. Ctrl+x (Cut); do not deselect
5. View > Guides > Make Guides
That works pretty well and I never would have thought of it. Thanks!
