I have the same issue on Mac OS X 10.6
Please try this KB article's solutions, and report back on how it went for you. If you can provide details about any recent OS updates, backups, or migrations, that would help is nail down the root cause of the new rash of this error for Mac users recently:
Thank you for help.
Currently i am not able to reproduce the problem because i reinstalled the BETA with a fresh new downloaded Version.
Maybe something has changed. Actual it is running and everything works fine.
Well, it doesn't work for me. As I wrote in some other thread only changing the system language from my native Polish to English and restarting the computer solves the problem but is it really a solution? Change system settings and restart just to run an application in order to edit one photo? Hm... Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Have you already tried this:
Workaround After installing on 10.6.1, run the mini-installer found in the Flash Builder installation folder
This was listed as a "known issue" with Snow Leopard in the Beta 2 release notes, with the workaround above, but not sure if it will fix the problem you're seeing. Please let us know.
Sorry for the wrong reaction!
It seems to not be running on a case sensitive volume. Can you please fix that?
Sorry, but case-sensitive volumes are not supported with FB4. In fact, we have a new requirement to prevent installation to case-sensitive volumes, for the final release.
