    Freezing frames in Premiere Pro

I am new to Premiere Pro and I am creating some videos for my website. I am just wondering how to freeze a frame of the video and use the frozen frame as part of the completed video. Basically the video I am creating is a tutorial and I am using someone elses voice to explain what is shown in the video. The reason I would like to freeze a few frames is so there is plenty of room for the voice so the timing is right with the video.

      Does anyone have any ideas?
