Can anyone help me with this, I think I am just being a bit slow but I would like to be sure.
I want to allow colleagues to review a PDF document generated using the 'Save as' PDF command in Word 2007.
The PDF Document Properties show that commenting is 'Not allowed', but I don't know where to enable this feature, or if I need to sign up to another tool or somoething in the Adobe website ?
If anyone can shine some light on what I am trying to do I would be very grateful.
You can enable the documents with Adobe Acrobat.
Thank you for responding so quickly, unfortunately I don't have Adobe Acrobat. I only have Word 2007 to create the PDF and Adobe Reader to display the final product.
From your response, I guess the review and commenting features are only supported in Adobe Acrobat ?
